How to Book
Please fill in form below with all the fields completed. Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday, 4pm on the date of arrival to 10am on the date of departure. We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your booking and method of payment. We will hold your booking for you for up to 7 days until we receive your deposit payment. The initial payment is 25% of the total hire charge plus an additional £75 good housekeeping deposit which is refundable at the end of your stay providing the house is left the way you find it. The balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. If you are booking within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday payment in full is required within 7 days of booking.
Cancellations
Once your booking has been confirmed you are liable for the full cost of the holiday. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance with an insurance provider for your holiday. This will provide you with peace of mind in any extenuating circumstances.
